Freshly Photographed Projects Spring 2026

The Lofts at 1117 | Adaptive Reuse Housing

Welcome to The Lofts at 1117, this historic property is starting a new chapter.  VIP’s construction team transformed the former factory building on W. Fayette Street into a vibrant community of 38 affordable condominiums for developers Ryan Benz and Steve Case. The project brings homeownership opportunities and renewed energy to this evolving corridor in Syracuse.

Feldmeier Equipment

Work is complete on Feldmeier Equipment’s facility expansion! The South Addition provides 72,500 SF of expanded manufacturing capacity, while the North Addition adds 10,000 SF of pre-engineered space to improve workflow efficiency. The South Addition, visible from I-90, includes equipment pits, enhanced electrical infrastructure, and nine overhead crane systems ranging from 5 to 15 tons to support advanced stainless steel tank fabrication. Both pre-engineered metal building additions feature 8″ concrete floors and were delivered via Design-Build by VIP’s fully integrated architecture, engineering, and construction team. VIP designed and built Feldmeier’s original 125,000 SF headquarters in 2018 with a future Phase Two in mind, allowing the South Addition to seamlessly integrate into the existing campus.

Syracuse University Southside Innovation Center | Architecture

VIP Architectural Associates recently completed an interior ADA, systems and finishes upgrade at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management’s South Side Innovation Center (SSIC). The project modernized interiors, improved accessibility, and enhanced functionality within the existing two-story 1970s structure. The SSIC, a longtime hub for entrepreneurship, workforce development, and small business support, now benefits from modernized, accessible spaces that support its mission of fostering innovation and growth within the local community.
