Designed, built, and developed by VIP, NBT Bank opened a new 9,300 SF Financial Center at The Post in downtown Syracuse. The office employs 40 people across multiple departments and includes 23 private offices, an open workspace, a break room, a data room, and a large conference room. VIP’s architecture -and planning team worked with NBT to design a high-end space that fosters a seamless client experience, encourages collaboration, and offers a variety of workspaces.

The Post is the 216,000 SF former home of the Post Standard Newspaper. Since acquiring the building in 2017, VIP’s team of architects, engineers, builders, and developers has transformed the building into high-performance, sustainable commercial office space built for tenants, including VIP Structures, ChaseDesign, NRG Energy, and NBT.
