VIP Structures helped transform an 89,608 SF, 3-story building at 1304 Buckley Road into a Class “A” medical office building to house 15 independent clinical healthcare providers.

Common spaces were renovated to create a welcoming and supportive environment for the tenants, including a new central entrance with a covered patient drop-off and a two-story glass atrium. Additional building-wide work includes accessibility throughout all three floors, energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, new finishes, a 2000amp electricity service, gas, telephone, water, fiber optics, and a 100KW emergency generator. Exterior construction consists of a reinforced concrete foundation, steel frame with masonry walls, fixed metal frame windows, and a flat roof with a built-up composition roof cover.
