BNY Mellon’s two-story, 90,000 SF facility in DeWitt, NY, is one of its many worldwide call centers. VIP’s design-build-development was utilized to provide architectural, engineering, construction and a turnkey development that removed all the project risk from the owner during the design and construction of the facility.

This was the first of many VIP projects for BNY Mellon, including two 30,000 SF office and call centers in downtown Syracuse and Utica, NY. VIP continues to maintain a strong relationship with BNY Mellon as the investment company plans future expansion work within the Central New York region.
