Adam Legg joins our Construction team as a Senior Project Manager. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Legg brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded a multitude of construction projects across the region, including a variety of work at Crouse Hospital, Oswego Health, SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital, St. Joseph’s, Syracuse University and Onondaga Community College to name a few. Simon Shuster recently joined the construction team as an Assistant Project Manager. Simon received his Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. Before coming to VIP, Simon spent 6 years at a national construction firm in Arizona as a Project Engineer specializing in industrial mass concrete structures.  

Our construction team also welcomes Sara Morris as Project Coordinator. In her role, Sara will support Project Management and Estimating tasks. Sara is a graduate of Syracuse University where she studied Industrial Design. With past experience in project coordination and as part owner of Mello Velo, Sara brings a diverse skill set that will be valuable to our team and clients. 

We welcome Rosemary Poindexter to our accounting team as Controller. With a solid educational foundation in accounting, including a MBA in Public Accounting, Rosemary has an impressive track record which extends beyond her education. Rosemary’s proficiency in financial planning, reporting, and management, along with her commitment to innovation, makes her a valuable addition to our team. 

Ruben Arce joins our team as a Network Administrator in the IT department. With over a decade of IT infrastructure experience and several years managing substantial support call volume as well as developing and conducting IT trainings, Ruben helps bring our people and our technology together.
