The VIP team gathered in the new office headquarters at The Post before the company ribbon cutting event.
Determining VIP’s award and ranking consisted of two parts: an in-depth employee survey that measures the VIP employee experience first-hand, as well as an evaluation of VIP’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics by Best Companies. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.

The “Best Companies to Work for in New York” award identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in three size categories. With 125 employees, VIP ranked within the top 15 medium-sized firms in New York. This is the second time that VIP was named a “Best Companies to Work For in New York”.
