Construction: VIP Structures

VIP Structures served as the General Contractor for Community Bank, N.A.’s new South Salina Street branch, transforming a long-vacant former bank space into a bright, functional, and community-focused banking environment. Work included abatement, full interior demolition, new windows, and a complete rebuild of the branch layout and finishes.

The client’s goals were to revitalize the space and support the growing South Salina corridor with accessible banking services. The finished branch delivers a clean, open, and inviting environment that supports customer needs and CBNA’s daily operations.

The conditions uncovered during renovation gave VIP the opportunity to improve the space even further. The team coordinated with the plaza’s landlord and implemented effective solutions that elevated both the project and the overall building.
VIP presented practical solutions to minimize impacts to cost and schedule while coordinating seamlessly with CBNA’s preferred vendors. Despite the complexities of renovating a long-idled space, VIP delivered the project on schedule and under budget.

The new branch provides essential financial services to the South Salina community and brings renewed stability to the plaza.
