Pathfinder Bank desired a presence in the downtown Syracuse market place. They decided Pike Block, an urban mixed-use redevelopment project, and a VIP development in the heart of downtown Syracuse, was the perfect fit.

In 2014 Upon lease execution, our architects and engineers crafted a modern aesthetic that played off of Pike Block’s historic charm. Our construction team executed the plan, delivering a truly remarkable space and providing Pathfinder’s clients with a space that drew a positive reaction upon walking through the door.

Five years later, Pathfinder expanded their footprint in order to continue servicing their growing clientele. The expanded floor plan provided a new conference room, private offices, open workspaces and a large break room.

After the success of their Pike Block Branch, VIP’s design-build team worked with pathfinder once again on a historic renovation of a mansion into a new bank branch in an undeserved neighborhood of Syracuse. Pathfinder Bank W Onondaga Branch opened in 2022.
