VIP Welcomes Seven New Employees

Our VIP team is continuing to grow with the addition of seven new employees! These additions and advancements allow VIP to continue delivering responsiveness, innovation, and quality service, which has been the VIP hallmark for over four decades. We are so excited to have them join our team!

Jake Stone joins our Construction team as a Superintendent. With a background in construction project oversight, Jake brings valuable experience in coordinating teams, maintaining project documentation, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects within budget and schedule. His experience and leadership skills will undoubtedly contribute to the success of our future endeavors. Cole Enright recently rejoined the construction team as a part of the carpentry department! He was involved with the beginning stages of the redevelopment of the Post Standard Building when he previously worked at VIP and it is great to have him back now that our new office is finished!

Our Development team expands with the addition of Brynna Doody as a Property Management Associate. With over three years of experience, Brynna has demonstrated her ability to excel in the industry, starting as a leasing agent and working her way up to property manager. She maintained high occupancy rates, lowered delinquency in the residential properties, and established maintenance protocols that minimized apartment vacancy periods. 

Megan Wilmot joins VIP as an Office Administrator. Megan brings a wealth of experience in customer service, and quality improvement. Within her previous roles, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in overseeing contracts, maintaining compliance, and ensuring operational efficiency. Megan’s strong focus, and dedication to providing top-notch customer and coworker relations make her an excellent addition to our team.

Yop Whalen joins VIP’s engineering team (IPD Engineering) as Structural Drafter/Designer. With a master’s and bachelor’s in architecture from the University of Jos in Nigeria, Yop is experienced in programming, AutoCAD and REVIT. She will be a tremendous asset to our structural team!

Sofiya Fidler also joins IPD Engineering as a mechanical engineer. She is an alumna of Saint Petersburg State University, School of Architecture and Civil Engineering with extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and design principles. 

We welcome Shannon Fordyce to our accounting team as Purchasing Controls Associate. Shannon will support the enterprise with her proficiency in customer service and attention to detail. She comes with diverse experience in business, data analysis and customer service.
