The Dietz is a historic 19th-century manufacturing building on Wilkinson Street in Syracuse that was recently transformed into lofts and mixed-use space. VIP’s integrated design team of architects and engineers helped the developer rehabilitate this historically significant property that had been vacant for over 30 years.

VIP’s design team thoroughly studied and replaced the severely damaged exterior walls with historically accurate construction and materials. All stormwater is now re-directed to on-site retention zones to reduce strain on municipal drainage infrastructure.

VIP’s team worked closely with subcontractors to ensure the final design stayed within the owner’s budget and original design vision.
