VIP provided architectural and interior design services for Community Bank, N.A.’s (CBNA) Watertown branch, transforming a historic bank building into a modern, functional, and welcoming banking environment. The design respected the building’s historic character while introducing a clean, contemporary layout that enhances both customer experience and staff operations.

The project included a full interior fit-out, featuring thoughtful spatial planning, modern finishes, updated lighting, and seamless integration of banking technology. VIP carefully preserved key historic elements, creating a harmonious balance between the building’s heritage and the client’s vision for a refreshed, accessible branch.
