With more than 25 years of experience in the built environment, Maria understands how thoughtful marketing can uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and help clients find the expertise they need to move forward.

Maria works across VIP’s Architecture, Construction, Development, Property Management, and Building Technology teams to understand how prospective clients discover and experience VIP before a project begins. She uses market research, digital behavior, and performance data to make VIP’s expertise easier to find and understand, and to create clearer paths to the professionals who can help clients evaluate options and advance their plans.

Maria’s passion for the built environment comes from seeing what happens when the right people come together around a shared challenge. She is endlessly curious about how spaces are imagined, designed, built, and used—and how a successful project can improve an organization, support the people inside it, and strengthen the surrounding community.

Maria earned her MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and is a WELL Accredited Professional. She brings together strategic thinking, creativity, industry knowledge, and digital fluency to make complex expertise easier to understand, discover, and put to work.
