This historic adaptive re-use project brings new life to the historic 1920’s Crescent Corset factory that encompasses an entire block of Main Street in Cortland, New York.
On this design-build project, VIP’s team of architects, engineers and construction professionals collaborated, working seamlessly to provide the client with a high quality and efficient design within their construction budget. VIP’s team utilized a “non-cookie-cutter” approach that kept construction costs minimized, all while being sensitive to practicalities and costs of property management post completion.
VIP’s team was instrumental in helping secure grant funding for the developer and historic tax credits for the project.
