At the Nexus Center in Utica, a 170,000 SF recreation center led by Hueber-Breuer, VIP served as the steel building subcontractor, designing, supplying, and erecting the PEMB portion of the structure, including three sports fields coordinated with the facility’s conventional steel façade.
