VIP Structures designed, built and leased this 120,000 SF facility located in Big Flats, NY. Due to the importance of the materials being stored, a 62,500 SF section was built with tight environmental control of temperature, humidity and light to create museum quality
storage. The remaining 57,500 SF was designed as traditional
warehousing space.

The facility is designed with five dock-height doors and one on grade overhead door, and has a building clear height of 30’ to allow for high bay storage and racking systems. Exterior wall construction consists of a combination of architectural block and upgraded metal siding. The building is also expandable if additional space is required in the future.
