Community Bank | South Salina Street Branch | Syracuse, NY | General Contractor
VIP Structures served as the General Contractor for Community Bank, N.A.’s new South Salina Street branch, transforming a long-vacant former bank space into a bright, functional, and community-focused banking environment. Work included abatement, full interior demolition, new windows, and a complete rebuild of the branch layout and finishes.

Community Bank | Triphammer Road Branch | Ithaca, NY | General Contractor
VIP completed a full interior and exterior refresh, including cosmetic upgrades, a rebuilt layout, and improvements to the exterior, drive-through, and parking areas.
The client’s goal was a refreshed, fully operational branch completed on budget and within an accelerated schedule, expanding their local footprint to better serve customers.
VIP delivered on these goals, managing the renovation efficiently and handling owner-requested change orders arising from unforeseen conditions and design adjustments. The team coordinated closely with CBNA’s preferred vendors and leveraged its self-perform crews to install counter tops, cabinets, and other interior elements, maintaining quality control throughout construction.
