VP of Human Resources & Organizational Development

The VP of HR & Organizational Development, as part of the senior leadership team, will be critical to the growth and expansion of the VIP Enterprise and its mission, strategic goals and core values. The purpose of this position is to provide Leadership and Organizational Development services to leaders and all employees across the enterprise to strengthen performance, through a variety of means and strategies, for individuals, teams, departments, and the enterprise as a whole. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with an innovative, dynamic, fast-paced and values-driven company a MUST; strong functional HR knowledge with deep expertise in training and organizational development. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree, Certificate in HR or Organizational Psychology or related field desired. Facilities Superintendent

The Facilities Superintendent performs a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at all of the properties managed by VIP Development Associates. This includes coordinating and managing third party vendors, allowing them access onto the properties and ensuring the quality of the repair or maintenance task(s) being performed. Required 2-5 years experience in a residential multi-unit community setting performing various tasks, including but not limited to: troubleshooting HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry skills, prepping apartments for new tenant move-ins, replacing filters, painting walls and diagnosing problems in a timely manner. Excellent customer service skills are required.


Project Architect/Architectural Designer

VIP Architectural Associates is growing and in search of a well-rounded Project Architect/Architectural Designer who can develop strong front-end design concepts and execute them through the efficient production of architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents; producing details, plans, sections, elevations, and coordinating architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings. Advanced Revit capabilities are a MUST; familiar with family creation, renderings, materials management and 3D production. The ability to effectively produce in AutoCAD is needed as well. A degree in Architecture with 10+ years of experience is desired.


Mechanical and Electrical Designers (IPD Engineering)

IPD Engineering is looking for Mechanical and Electrical Designers to carry out HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing system designs/solutions. We are looking for hard working, high energy, confident, quick thinking, organized, reliable, and trustworthy folks to continue building on our client relationship focused, highly responsive reputation. The ideal candidate will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, have the ability to change tasks quickly, and be proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit. A minimum of 5 years of experience with a consulting engineering firm is required.


Construction Project Manager

Has responsibility for managing projects through construction. Oversees budgeting, scheduling, planning, safety, and contract management with authority to direct, control, and monitor all activities. Schedules milestones and monitors workforce levels to ensure conformance with the construction plan. Controls change/scope creep, ensuring that all scope changes are quickly and properly documented and that change orders are approved prior to the performance of work. Develops and maintains strong Customer, Subcontractor, and Team relationships. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience managing complex, multi-million dollar construction projects.


Field Technician (Metal/Steel)

Assembles prefabricated metal buildings according to blueprint specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and hoisting equipment. Erects frame of building using hoist. Bolts steel frame members together. Attaches wire and insulating materials to framework. Bolts sheet metal panels to framework. Reads blueprints to determine location of items such as doors, windows, ventilators, and skylights, and installs items using cutting torch, hand and power tools. Trims excess sheet metal using cutting torch, power saw and tin snips. Should be self-motivated and dependable (including reliable transportation). Must be available to work nights and weekends when needed.
