Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in managing construction projects to ensure productivity, quality, and safety objectives are met. This role involves overseeing field staff, assisting in project execution, and contributing to the overall success of the project. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an opportunity for growth and development into a Superintendent role, making it ideal for candidates looking to further their construction management careers.

Superintendent

The Construction Project Superintendent provides on-site supervision for all phases of the build, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Field Technician

VIP Structures is always looking for Field Technicians with experience in the skilled trades of carpentry, concrete/masonry, and/or metal/steel. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from job sites both in and out of town. Must be available to work nights and weekends when needed. Must have own tools.

Steel Erector

Our self-perform teams perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction building sites. The responsibilities primarily focus on completing building projects in a timely and effective manner. Field crew may work in specific trade teams or perform cross functional work within our self-performing teams. Steel Crew Erector assembles prefabricated metal buildings according to drawings and specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment. Steel Erectors install, place, align and reinforce steel structures and frameworks. This involves working with steel beams, steel girders, columns and a variety of tools and heavy machinery.

Carpenter

This position is ideal for an individual seeking to launch their career in carpentry, providing hands-on experience and opportunities for growth. The Entry-Level Carpenter will work under the supervision of experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills and knowledge in all aspects of the trade. Steel Crew Erector assembles prefabricated metal buildings according to drawings and specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment. Maintenance Technician

VIP Structures is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their hands-on skills in facilities maintenance, whether you are early in your career or bring experience from residential property maintenance, construction, or skilled trades. The Maintenance Technician works under the guidance of the Facilities Maintenance Superintendent, supporting the upkeep, repair, and overall condition of residential units and common areas. This role requires not only technical ability, but professionalism, accountability, and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with residents.
