CenterState CEO’s Names VIP 2025 Business of the Year

Syracuse, NY — April 29, 2025  VIP Structures is honored to be named CenterState CEO’s 2025 Business of the Year in the More Than 50 Employees category. As we mark our 50th year in business, this recognition holds special significance—not just for what we’ve achieved, but for the relationships and shared purpose that have shaped our journey. We are deeply grateful to CenterState CEO for this meaningful acknowledgment and to our clients and community partners for the trust, collaboration, and shared vision that have allowed us to contribute to Central New York’s growth.

“This award is about more than recognition; it’s a reflection of the people behind it,” said Meg Tidd, CEO of VIP Structures. “Our team shows up every day with purpose, creativity, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. I’m proud of what we’ve built and even more excited for where we’re headed. Thank you to CenterState for believing in our vision and celebrating the power of local business.”

"Our team shows up every day with purpose, creativity, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. I'm proud of what we've built and even more excited for where we're headed."

This past year, we experienced record milestones, completing major projects like One Webster’s Landing Apartments and an expansion for the Food Bank of Central New York, efforts that reflect the real impact design and construction can have when rooted in community need. We’ve grown our team to its largest size yet and launched a new venture, Digital Putty Systems, to help clients meet evolving technology demands. These steps forward are a direct result of the opportunities we’ve had to work alongside organizations doing important, lasting work in our region.

Our greatest sense of pride comes not from numbers, but from knowing that we’ve played a small part in building a stronger, more connected community. In 2024, our employees volunteered more than 200 hours through our Day of Purpose and other service events, working with organizations like Meals on Wheels and A Tiny Home for Good. These experiences remind us why we do what we do. To CenterState CEO, our partners, clients, and neighbors, thank you. We share this award with all of you. As we look ahead, we remain committed to finding better ways to serve, support, and build up the place we proudly call home.
