Responsibilities:
In addition to duties required as Director of Operations of the Construction Division, the following duties were assumed as Vice President: Administration of Construction Estimating Department, supporting administrative staff, and management of day‑to‑day operation of office, coordination of Financial Department in regard to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, increased emphasis on owner/client relationships, marketing, job procurement and scheduling.

Responsibilities:
Supervision of Project Managers, Project Superintendents, and General Construction Supervision. Manage completion of all construction projects from $100,000 to over $4,000,000. Designed and implemented company‑wide safety program, including a life safety fall protection program for structural steel erection that is unique in the industry. Instituted a series of ongoing training seminars for company field employees and developed roof warranty system unique to the industry.

General Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities:
Supervision of all company field employees working in various trades such as carpenters, concrete finishers, sheetmetal, and ironworkers.  This included hiring of new employees, annual salary reviews, employee terminations, etc., along with scheduling a work force of up to 75 employees working on as many as eight projects at one time. Coordinated with Project Superintendents in regards to manpower requirements to achieve timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
Field Superintendent overseeing individual construction projects from ground breaking to owner occupancy.  Project size ranged from $50,000 to $2,000,000.  Coordinated actual in‑field sequencing of subcontractors and trade workmen.  Day to day Owner contact.

Working Foreman

Responsibilities:
Started with company working as a member of field crews.  Learned through "hands‑on" experience all aspects of construction, including carpentry‑rough and finish, structural steel erection, metal roof and wall sheeting, concrete formwork, and concrete placement and finishing. Directly supervised a construction crew of two to seven men involved in all phases of construction projects from foundation work to interior finishes.
