Company History

In 1975, David C. Nutting, a registered architect, joined a small architecture firm in Syracuse, New York. Mr. Nutting’s presence reshaped the firm with new energy and direction. The firm soon became VIP Structures: Architects Who Build. Since then, VIP has become the leading provider of integrated design-build-development services in our region offering solutions for companies across the U.S.

The mission is still very clear… “to combine the best elements of architecture, construction and development to meet our clients’ needs.”

VIP has been regionally recognized and named on multiple occasions to The Syracuse 100, and nationally ranked in The Inc. 500.
